To initiate a refund or replacement claim: 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] 2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue 3. Attach clear photographs of the affected products and packaging 4. Provide the batch number from the product label 5. Our quality team will review your claim within 3–5 business days
Depending on the nature of the claim, we offer: • Full replacement shipment at no additional cost • Partial or full refund to your original payment method • Credit toward a future order The resolution method will be agreed upon between both parties based on the specific circumstances.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Wire transfer refunds may take 3–7 additional business days to clear.
Sample orders are non-refundable as they are provided at heavily discounted rates for evaluation purposes. If you are unsatisfied with a sample, please contact us to discuss your requirements — we may be able to provide an alternative product better suited to your needs.
