We offer multiple shipping options based on order size and destination: • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For large orders (drums, IBCs, pallets). Most cost-effective for bulk shipments. Transit time: 15–45 days depending on destination. • Air Freight: For urgent or smaller orders. Transit time: 3–7 days. Higher cost but fastest delivery. • Road Freight: Available for European destinations. Transit time: 3–10 days. • Express Courier (DHL/FedEx): For samples and small orders under 30kg. Transit time: 2–5 days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. A shipping quote will be provided with your wholesale price quote. For large orders, we can arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) or FOB (Free on Board) pricing. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the buyer's responsibility.
All international shipments include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Health Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate where required. Halal, Kosher, Organic, and other certification documents are available upon request. We work with certified freight forwarders experienced in food export compliance.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country's import regulations for honey and food products. We provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance. Some countries require specific import permits or have restrictions on honey imports — please verify requirements before ordering.
All shipments are provided with tracking information. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all international shipments. Insurance can be arranged on your behalf at cost. In the event of loss or damage during transit, claims must be filed with the carrier and/or insurance provider.
Upon receipt, please inspect all goods immediately. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted on the delivery receipt and photographed. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We are not responsible for losses arising from improper storage after delivery.
