2. Wholesale Account & Eligibility

Our wholesale services are available to registered businesses only. By placing a wholesale order, you represent that you are a legitimate business entity with appropriate licenses and registrations. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and decline service to any applicant at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are binding at the quoted price. Volume discounts are available for orders exceeding stated thresholds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your invoice. We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and major credit cards. For new accounts, full payment is required before shipment. Established accounts may qualify for net-30 terms subject to credit approval. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via reputable freight carriers. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Product Quality & Certifications

All products are supplied with certificates of analysis (COA) and relevant certifications. Products meet the specifications stated in our catalog. We warrant that products are free from contamination and meet applicable food safety standards at the time of shipment.

7. Returns & Disputes

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be shipped in original condition. We are not responsible for losses arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Honey Wholesale LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Wholesale LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
